The Montessori preschool classroom utilizes a prepared environment which allows a child to learn at their own speed and according to their own abilities. The classroom curriculum includes practical life and sensorial activities, language and phonics, writing, math, science, geography, art, music and children’s literature.  Projects are personalized to challenge the individual child.  The children are free to move about the classroom, choosing what to work with. The Teacher provides individual and group lessons, and guidance as needed.
